I was excited about this week’s topic, as someone who recently started doing yoga. It relaxes me, both mentally and physically and it’s a true relief since I’m less than one month away from some serious exams. Last time I had the same amount of pressure on me, things didn’t turn out very well: I was depressed, neglected eating, and it went on for around two months. Now I’m feeling much better, and hopefully stay that way, because first: yoga, twice: more sunshine, as demonstrated on above picture.
Yoga and sunshine are a perfect combination and a very healthy one as well. Stay focused and the positive and don’t let yourself dwell on negativity. Move forward and stay strong and thanks for the submission.
